The dimensions of the feed hopper allow the grinding of any defective part, without the need for a previous cut. The knives and against knives are made of non-formable steel, tempered and rectified, being regulated micrometrically. The rotary knives work with scissor cut, system that provides less wear on the knives.
The grinding chamber is easy to access, both for knife changing, sifting or cleaning, when changing the type of material being grinded. The machines can be supplied with pneumatic transport, to remove the ground material, they can be adapted in acoustic chambers, of easy installation and maintenance, thus reducing the noise level.
